How does Call on Jack work?
Your Call on Jack on-site concierge is at your service to help you arrange, plan, coordinate, and organize a wide range of services. As a resident of a Call on Jack member property, you will be able to contact your concierge personally to make requests, which your concierge will promptly work to fulfill. Please contact your on-site concierge for a list of services available to you.
How do I make a request?
Just stop by your property’s Call on Jack on-site concierge desk to make your request in person. Please confirm the exact business hours with your on-site concierge. You can also call or e-mail Call on Jack with your requests. Your concierge will confirm that your request was received and send a progress update on your request within 24 hours.
How much will the service cost?
Initially, the services of Call on Jack will be paid for by the developers, so it won’t cost you anything extra. There are no additional charges for using Call on Jack services—and there are no charges to make a request. Please note that while Call on Jack services are free, you will be responsible for costs of the actual goods and services. For example, your Call on Jack concierge makes a dinner reservation for you—this service is free. You will be responsible for the check at the restaurant.
Is there a mark-up fee for goods purchased through Call on Jack?
No. Residents of Call on Jack member properties are only charged for the costs of goods or services they purchase, not for Call on Jack’s services. And, of course, all cost estimates must be approved by you before any services are booked or charged. The purpose of Call on Jack is to help you arrange, plan, coordinate, and organize a wide range of services to make your life easier and more enjoyable.
How many requests can I make?
You can make as many requests as you like. Call on Jack does not charge per request or by the hour. Even better, your on-site concierge will be able to make suggestions for activities you may enjoy as you express your preferences and establish a relationship. Please note that you do not have to be physically at the Call on Jack member property to make requests. You have access to Call on Jack services both in residence and while you’re away.
What hours is the concierge available?
Your Call on Jack on-site concierge will be available in person during regular business hours. Please confirm the exact hours with your on-site concierge at your property. You can also call or e-mail, and your concierge will get back to you promptly. Keep in mind, the more lead-time you give your concierge to accommodate a request, the better your experience will be.
How many clients does the concierge have?
Your Call on Jack on-site concierge is serving the needs and wants of the residents of your member property exclusively.
Why can’t I access certain parts of the Call on Jack Web site?
We are currently expanding our online services. You will be notified as soon as new sections become operational. We are also putting the finishing touches on the resident portal. This resident-only area will allow you to personalize your online experience and access property-specific information and services.
